Shipping Policy
My True Bella is not responsible for lost / stolen / mis- delivered packages. Once a package is marked shipped, it is in the hands of USPS to deliver the package. Any issues with your items from there must be taken up with USPS. By placing an order, you are AGREEING to this policy.
Processing Time varies from 2 business days - 12 business days. I am NOT amazon prime and as a small business, one woman show I ask that you understand this before placing an order.
There is a lot of factors that play into processing time. Every batch of product is created slowly and intentionally. I NEVER use high heat or quick infusing methods. I am a ONE woman mama show. Batching, sanitization, bottling, labeling, ordering, shipping, + my personal life, and MORE is all ME. So while I try my absolute best to get orders out within a few business days of pending, sometimes it takes me a tad longer.
Please assure your address on file for shipping at the time the order is placed is the address you will be at for time of delivery within that 2-12 business day processing time and then 2-6 day delivery window.

Refund Policy
My True Bella is unable to issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. However, If there is an issue with your order (i.e. your order arrived leaking, or the product isn’t in 100% perfect condition, etc) Please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with a screenshot of your order with order # and photos of items with the issue & I will do everything I can to assure you are 100% satisfied!
