In warmer temperatures, the balm may soften. Should it become too fluid, simply refrigerate to restore its velvety firmness. If fully melted, leave the lid off and allow it to re-solidify in the refrigerator for optimal texture.
In cooler weather, the balm may firm. To soften, gently warm the jar in a water bath or set it in the shower for a few moments—inviting the richness back to a supple state.
